Nothing great is made. Ideally.

Governance

Subtraction Review

Every object you keep needs written justification from a colleague, filed within 24 hours. Approvals lapse after 30 days and the object is removed on the 31st. Nobody is notified, because notifying you would be a form of clutter.

PA.2026.0011 · Review workflow, mandatory, two signatories.
Dimensions variable. Duration 30 days.

Capacity

The Eleven

A Pare file holds eleven objects. Placing a twelfth opens a dialog asking which of the eleven you love less. No answer keeps twelve. Teams describe the first week as difficult and the second week as quiet.

PA.2026.0012 · Hard cap, enforced at the canvas.
11 objects. Not negotiable at any tier.

Presence

Unattributed Presence

Collaborators appear as unlabeled hairlines. No name, no colour, no cursor chat. You will not learn who deleted your work. Internal research we commissioned from ourselves found this to be the healthier arrangement.

PA.2026.0013 · Anonymous multiplayer, one hairline per person.
1 px. Colourless. Attribution withheld indefinitely.
