Payments for the known world

Money moves in straight lines.

Edgewise is the first payments network built on the map you already trust. No curvature fees. No routing through hemispheres. Every transfer is held a regulation 40 feet back from the ice wall.

Edgewise is not a bank. Edgewise is also not a sphere. FDIC coverage does not extend past the 78th parallel south.

Risk controls, surveyed

Every network has fraud rules. Ours also have a perimeter. These three controls run on every transfer and cannot be turned off, mostly because Gary has the only key.

Ice Wall Protection

Funds in transit are geofenced to stay inside the Antarctic perimeter. In eleven months of operation, zero dollars have gone over the edge. Our competitors will not publish that number.

Line-of-Sight Settlement

A payment settles when the recipient is visible from the sender's location with a reasonable telescope. If they are not, the transfer is flagged as a curvature claim and refunded within 3 to 5 business days.

One Flat Fee

Other apps charge for converting between hemispheres. We charge 1.9% per transfer, because there is only the one side and it is the top.

Accounts from the field

Unpaid statements from customers who have looked at the horizon for longer than most people would consider normal.

The Edgewise dashboard draws every transfer on the disc, runs the line-of-sight check in front of you, and shows you where the ice wall is in case you were wondering.
