Three systems, each tested on a herd of nine in a field outside Ithaca. The field has since been reseeded.

Chewability Score

Every pin gets a score from 1 to 10 based on texture, fibre content, and how upset the owner will be. Anything above 7 is reviewed by a human. The human is usually the owner.

Elevation Boards

Sort any board by height off the ground. The roof of a car outranks the car. A picnic table outranks the picnic. Nothing outranks the shed, because we have not found anything above the shed.

Fence-Aware Routing

Browse knows which fence stands between you and each pin, and roughly how long it will keep standing there. Routes refresh every 40 minutes, or instantly when somebody leaves a gate open.
