A sneeze starts a thread. The thread stays open until someone marks it resolved. Nobody has ever marked one resolved. After four months the thread stops being an incident and becomes the record.

Your pug's status syncs from the regional pollen index and updates itself hourly. It has read "itchy" since April. We have chosen not to intervene.
