Transit is calculated, not simulated
You enter your position. We take it at face value. Every message is then held for the exact interval a signal would need to cross that distance, down to the second, and released without further comment. Most crews sit between four and eleven minutes apart. One pair sits at 4.24 years. They have filed nothing.

Light II
Every channel has a bridge
Group chats are issued a roster: Comms, Helm, Science, Engineering, Medical. Only the officer holding Comms may transmit. Everyone else files into the suggestion log, which Comms is under no obligation to open. Rotation runs weekly, is published fourteen days out, and cannot be edited by anyone including us.

Light III
Continuity is reviewed before delivery
An on-device reviewer checks each outbound message against 1,140 hours of established material. A contradiction is not deleted. It is held, logged, cited, and attached to your continuity score, which is visible to every member of the channel and does not reset.
