Video, for foxes.
Skulk is home to four million nocturnal creators uploading footage of overturned bins, territorial screaming, and brief eye contact at the treeline. Built mobile-first for animals without thumbs.
Everything a fox needs, and several things it actively cannot use.
We shipped the roadmap. The foxes were not consulted, and the foxes are doing numbers.
Motion-Triggered Uploads
Skulk starts recording the moment a fox enters frame and publishes before the fox has left the garden. Foxes cannot operate a record button. We have classified this as a feature and moved on.
Scream Recognition
Our audio model sorts all 28 documented fox screams by emotional register, from territorial to inconsolable, and tags every clip automatically. Confidence stays high as long as no fox is actually screaming nearby.
Den-Side Monetization
Earn 0.003 cents per thousand views, paid in a currency foxes cannot hold to an account foxes cannot open. The payout button is large, red, and satisfying to press.
Creators who found their audience, and could not get away from it.
"I uploaded forty seconds of a bin and woke up with a following. I have not seen the bin since."
Red Fox, 4.1M subscribers, mostly bins
"The tagger filed my best work under inconsolable. It was meant as a greeting. We are in talks."
Urban Vixen and Lifestyle Creator, North London
"Nobody asked whether foxes want this. They built it anyway. The retention curve is, admittedly, remarkable."
